IgorLirc requires a Windows 32 bits (NT/2000/XP) platform.
Warning
IgorLirc also requires "IgorPlug.dll", which must be
downloaded from Igor Cesko's site:
IgorPlugUSB.zip
Place this file in the same folder as binary (.exe) files.
